Pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Keterampilan, dan Etos Kerja Terhadap Keberhasilan UMKM Sentra Industri Mebel di Desa Serenan, Juwiring, Klaten
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and work ethic on the success of SMEs in the furniture industry cluster in Serenan Village, Juwiring, Klaten. The research employs a quantitative approach using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, which were subsequently tested for validity and reliability. The results of the instrument testing indicate that all research variables entrepreneurial knowledge (X1), skills (X2), work ethic (X3), and business success (Y) are valid and reliable, with significance values below 0.05. The results of the t-test analysis show that the skills variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on business success, with a t-value of 3.551 > 1.995 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial knowledge (X1) and work ethic (X3) do not have a significant effect on business success, as their t-values are lower than the t-table value and their significance values are greater than 0.05. Simultaneously, the three independent variables contribute to business success, as indicated by the coefficient of determination (R²), which shows that the variation in business success can be explained by entrepreneurial knowledge, skills, and work ethic, while the remaining variation is influenced by other factors outside the research model.
