Pengaruh Reward, Punishment dan Training Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada PT PLN (Persero) UPT Salatiga
Abstract
The objectives of this study are: (1) to examine the effect of reward on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Salatiga; (2) to examine the effect of punishment on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Salatiga; and (3) to examine the effect of training on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Salatiga. The research method employed is a quantitative approach based on a survey.The results of this study indicate that the reward system at PT PLN UPT Salatiga has not had a significant effect on employee performance. In addition to the ineffectiveness of the reward system, the findings also suggest that the performance management system at PT PLN UPT Salatiga still requires adjustments to be more adaptive to employees’ needs. Therefore, the implementation of punishment or sanctions is proven to directly influence employee performance in this study, particularly in maintaining operational compliance.
